Alright, so maybe NPR won’t be banging down my door anytime soon, but I did want to at least give it the good old college try. I wanted to do something really cool and interesting, but a head cold intercepted all my brilliant thoughts and I was left rambling about my meager experience with podcasting. Nonetheless, I did a podcast, so that’s a step in the right direction. I may try it some more one day, but for now, I think I’ll leave it to the pros.
Also, here’s the link to the church podcast site I mentioned:

Hi, I actually go to First Baptist Opelika. I went down south with the college ministry for their trip known as Amplify. I was the official blogger whatever that really means. You might enjoy some of the updates I included. So maybe check it out if you would like. I like the picture you used here….simple yet creative. I also like the title of your blog. If people simply understood what it meant to be “practically creative,” maybe more people actually would be.
James,
Thanks so much! I didn’t know you went there, too — I absolutely love FBCO! Coming into college, I was definitely interested in finding a good church to call home, and I remember the first time I stepped into the church, I felt like a was truly right at home.
And yes, I agree about being practical and creative; the balance is key!
